Job Title: Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, supplies, and materials to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in outdoor environments.
