Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features, collaborating with our design team to bring projects to life.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Schedule and manage workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge, with a focus on sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
