Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Execution: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and organize the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
  • Worksite Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy worksite environment, managing tasks such as scheduling work, maintaining work records, and requisitioning materials and equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Specialization: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge, with a focus on lawn care.
Work Environment:

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and have manual dexterity and attention to detail.
