The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the sourcing, recruitment, and attraction of top talent to Outlaw Group. This role will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand and align with key business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives for talent attraction needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national recruitment and sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, Operations, and hiring managers to create effective talent acquisition processes and tools.
  • Lead benchmarking and implementation of best-in-class practices for recruiting talent across all areas of the business.
  • Continuously improve recruitment by sharing standard methodologies, understanding business needs, and brand strategy.
  • Develop innovative approaches to position Outlaw Group as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, industry associations, and government representatives.
  • Manage annual budgets for recruitment and vendor relationships.
  • Provide workforce metrics on new hires, retention, turnover, and sources of hire.
  • Develop the annual Recruitment and Campus Recruitment Strategy to attract high-quality students and interns.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and developing innovative recruitment approaches.
  • Superb planning and execution skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused professional approach.
