Key Responsibilities

The Asset Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Contribution to strategic projects that support business growth;">
  • Human resources management;">
  • Technology implementation and maintenance;">
  • Planning and procurement;">
  • Administrative and financial support.">

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or legal studies;">
  • Masters' degree preferred but not required;">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a law firm;">
  • Demonstrated success in strategic growth planning and execution;">
  • Strong understanding of law firm administration and daily operations;">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.">

The annual salary range for this position is up to $185,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, vacation time, and RSP matching.
