About the Role

The Corporate Integrity and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of all casino operations, focusing on internal security controls, regulatory standards, and internal policies. This includes managing and supervising all cage operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant handling of cash and other financial transactions.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all casinos adhere to relevant gaming laws and regulations, including those related to financial transactions and customer identification. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of operational outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of all casino operations, focusing on compliance with internal security controls, regulatory standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in casino operations.
  • Experience in managing operations.
  • Knowledge of compliance or integrity management within the gaming industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
