About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator in Mechanical Building to join our team at ITC Technologies inc. as part of our Armeco division. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed estimates for building mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to gather information and data for estimates
  • Review and analyze plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
  • Research and evaluate products and their equivalents to ensure accurate estimates
  • Calculate costs of equipment and materials
  • Prepare and submit bids to clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and guidance

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes
