Be Part of Our Building Team as a Structural Estimator

Location: Quebec or Lévis, flexible work arrangement

Key Challenges:

  • Analyze costs and prepare project evaluations primarily for building structures and civil engineering (concrete, steel, rebar);
  • Analyze plans and tenders;
  • Calculate material quantities;
  • Develop tools (estimation/calculation);
  • Establish databases (technical data, references, or suppliers);
  • Write reports.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in AEC estimation, civil engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural and civil engineering estimation.

  • AEC in estimation, DEC in civil engineering, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural and civil engineering estimation;
  • Knowledge of Timberline estimation software (an asset);
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in French (oral and written).
