Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing building mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing systems, factory utility systems, and energy optimization studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop building mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing systems, factory utility systems, and energy optimization studies.
  • Conduct surveys of existing installations, improve existing systems, and develop new solutions.
  • Evaluate building mechanics construction cost budgets.
  • Participate in site monitoring and services during construction.
  • Develop contact with customers to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • 2 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in consulting engineering and/or in a factory in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food fields is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and specialized software, e.g., AutoCAD, Revit.
