Job Title: Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Colas Québec Inc. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of large construction projects and providing accurate and competitive estimates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate costs;
  • Evaluate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project;
  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop estimation strategies;
  • Monitor project progress to ensure estimates are met and make adjustments as needed;
  • Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers to discuss estimates and project details;
  • Contribute to the improvement of estimation processes by proposing innovative solutions and tools;
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant degree in a field such as civil engineering or construction management;
  • Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction estimation;
  • Have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials;
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
