Residential Property Team Member

Realstar Management is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join our team in Surrey, BC.
We are a leading residential property management company with over properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who appreciate our unique standards of service.
This role involves working closely with a partner to maintain the common areas of our properties, including hallways, stairs, and elevators. You will also be responsible for minor maintenance repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with leasing suites, respond to on-call requests, and work some evening and weekend shifts.
To be successful in this role, you must have cleaning experience, minor maintenance skills, and excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to perform in a team environment and work independently when needed.
We offer a competitive salary range of $43,800 - $46,400 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career development. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
