Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

SEVEN STAR CORPORATION - CALGARY is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join their team.

Job Summary:

The Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This role will also involve authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large workloads
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
  • Organized and able to take initiative
