We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical, emotional, and social evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
