Job Title: Registered Nurse - Primary Care

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team in Primary Care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Primary Care team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, providing, and evaluating nursing and other services for clients in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and establish patient care plans
  • Deliver treatment and provide support and health education as required
  • Liaise with clients, caregivers, physicians, healthcare providers, and other agencies to arrange long-term care, nursing care, home support, or other service delivery

Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Gerontology content, post-basic course in wound care management or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Valid BC Driver's License
