We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Physical, psychological, and emotional ability to perform the duties of the position.
