Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Post & Row Taphouse & Eatery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Food Safety Certificate
