Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in supervising a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hospitality staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth operation.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring a high level of productivity and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

Experience
