About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our KT Hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced food service environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations: Establish efficient work schedules to meet demanding deadlines and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Supervision: Mentor and train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent oral communication, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as support for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 35-44 hours of work per week. We require applicants to have their own transportation, but public transportation is also available. The work environment is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods.
