We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Toronto Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hiring food service staff, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Work Environment: Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a cafeteria setting.

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position. However, you must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. You must also be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
