About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and performance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and sales team to identify sales growth strategies and establish sales targets.
- Manage sales performances to key objectives and values-based behaviors.
- Ensure the Inside Sales team is leveraged effectively to maximize territory growth.
- Leverage corporate programs and communications to meet the needs of the unique market.
- Develop and deploy social media related communications.
- Manage all approvals for sales credits, re-assignments, and strategize on the management of aging inventory.
Requirements
- At least three years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from previous positions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer-centric environment.
