The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the produce department team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and handling of produce products to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including produce displays and signage.
- Ensure pricing integrity and accuracy across all produce products.
- Take ownership of store operations in the absence of the Franchisee, including key carrying and alarm responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience in a retail or grocery environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of critical success factors for a discount food store, including low price image and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Ability to work with minimal functional direction and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid knowledge of produce operations, including inventory management and product knowledge.
- Open availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
