Job Summary

Cynet Systems Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, storing and updating financial data, and informing employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Maintain payroll
  • Prepare T4 statements and other statements
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate
  • Organized
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
