Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response to minimize risks and damage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the security team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Work under pressure.
