Business Development Director

As a Business Development Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and converting them into new clients.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and converting them into new clients;
- Managing the sales pipeline and identifying new opportunities;
- Networking with internal and external contacts to build a strong pipeline;
- Delivering effective presentations highlighting S&P Data Digital's unique value proposition;
- Maintaining accurate client/prospect data and forecasts;
- Collaborating with colleagues and leadership to achieve established metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales (preferably BPO);
- A proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- A willingness to travel occasionally;
- A deep understanding of the BPO industry and current trends;
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
