Senior Business Banking Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Business Client Advice Centre (BCAC) as a Team Lead. This role will be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 Business Advisors and Business Analysts who provide business banking product and sales expertise to existing and prospective clients and our Personal Banking/Imperial Service team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support on all parts of the Business Banking sales cycle, the client journey, and after-sales support.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong understanding of Business Banking products and services, including lending, cash management, GICs, and banking centre services.
- Collaborate with internal partners, such as Credit Risk Management, Retail Lending Services, Retail Account Services, Personal Banking, and Imperial Service, to resolve challenges and ensure seamless client experiences.

About the RoleThis position requires a strong background in business banking, with experience in leadership roles. You should have a deep understanding of business banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire their team, build strong relationships with internal partners, and drive results-oriented solutions. You will also need to be fluent in English and French to serve our clients effectively.

Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business banking, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of business banking products and services, including lending, cash management, GICs, and banking centre services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
