Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated All Store Manager to join our team at JRoss Recruiters.

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire store operations, encompassing sales performance, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory control, and staff management.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve store targets and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales and customer feedback to drive improvements and optimize business performance in a team selling environment.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store presentation that aligns with company standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training and development to ensure team success.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to boost sales growth, enhance customer loyalty, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, focusing on loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric culture within the store.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a district or high-volume manager in a large-format, high-volume apparel retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of apparel trends, merchandising, and visual standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
