Job Description:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay current with new technologies and advancements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Experience:
