Restaurant Services Manager

The Restaurant Assistant Manager role within PHOBULOUS RESTAURANT is primarily focused on managing daily operations. This individual will be responsible for analyzing the restaurant's budget to boost profits, evaluating daily operations, and modifying food preparation methods and menu prices accordingly.
- Analyze the restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make adjustments accordingly.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service.
- Set staff work schedules and supervise staff to ensure effective execution.
- Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
