Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Professional Learning Experience Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning materials.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training programs;
- Analyze data to inform instructional design decisions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on accessibility requirements for training development;
- Expertise in eLearning authoring tools, such as Storyline360 and RISE360;
- Experience developing presentation and communication materials for senior management at all levels;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with PowToon video development tool.
Knowledge of other SKUs such as Payroll, Compensation, and Recruitment is considered an asset.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
