About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Pre-Sales Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our Security Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Security space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a team of Security Presales Specialists to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders across the region to design and execute growth strategies in territory.
  • Act as a Softchoice Security brand ambassador, promoting our solutions and services to customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Security partners, including national and regional level partners.
  • Provide Security support for Softchoice sales organizations, including planning and conducting executive and sales presentations.
  • Support direct reports by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years management experience in the technology industry, with a strong background in sales and Security product knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with strong desire to develop a team and drive growth.
  • Strong critical thinking, innovation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and innovate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with extraordinary leadership skills.
