About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at ESHPRE GLOBAL INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless import and export processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Customs Clearance: Clear customs on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Trade Compliance: Advise clients on trade restrictions, regulations, and requirements to ensure smooth import and export operations.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
