About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at ESHPRE GLOBAL INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth clearance of imports and exports, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearance and Compliance: Prepare and process import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information, and provide updates on clearance status.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, laws, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clearance activities, including documentation and communication with clients and government agencies.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the clearance process, including delays, discrepancies, and non-compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
