About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at ESHPRE GLOBAL INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless import and export processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their trade requirements and provide guidance on customs regulations and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all import and export transactions comply with relevant customs regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Payment and Logistics: Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage, and transportation of imported goods.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and other papers related to import and export transactions.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and analyze customs regulations, laws, and industry standards to stay up-to-date on changes and updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
