We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Trusser Construction. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including prefabricated cabinets and vanities, to meet customer specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Work Planning and Organization: Plan and organize work to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain hand and power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Teamwork and Supervision: Supervise and assist other workers as needed, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, and overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and reliable.
