Office Coordinator Position at Dinah Cleaning Service Ltd

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Dinah Cleaning Service Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
