- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- HR Support
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, including employee data and information.
- Operations Support
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Environment
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
