About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Reform Renovation. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assistance with Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assistance with Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Cleaning and Salvaging: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Traffic Direction: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Construction Specialization
  • Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional: Work on industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
  • Residential: Work on residential construction projects.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physically Demanding: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
