About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Raj Painting & Construction Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and paving asphalt.
  • Construction Tasks: Perform various construction tasks, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy loads, work in physically demanding conditions, and meet tight deadlines.
