About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at 2143261 Ontario Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean work environment.
  • Perform tasks that require physical stamina and endurance, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to work at multiple job sites, with varying levels of noise, dust, and other environmental factors.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
