About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Proto Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Construction Tasks: Help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Asphalt Work: Pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the longevity of our equipment.
  • Team Support: Assist the medical examiner in charge and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
