About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Raj Painting & Construction Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and grading surfaces.
  • Construction Tasks: Perform various construction tasks, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and barricades, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in maintaining and repairing construction equipment and tools.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for this role.
