Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Mixologist to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing them with an excellent customer service experience.
  • Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean and well organized.
  • Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience behind a bar.
  • Ability to work efficiently by multitasking.
  • Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb.
  • Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.
