Job Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of all individuals.
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and provide support to hospital staff and patients as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital staff, patients, and visitors, through courteous and respectful communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check and Standard First Aid, CPR Level C certifications required.

Benefits

Paladin Security offers a competitive rate of pay ($19.00/hour) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance.
