Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at TOOTH CORNER DENTAL OFFICE. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and other resources to find solutions.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, ensuring that this information is available to other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support team members to ensure seamless support to our users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
