Opportunity Overview

As a leading residential property management company, Realstar is committed to delivering exceptional living experiences for our residents. We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join our team at Wesley Place in Vancouver.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Assist with leasing suites and provide tours of the property
  • Respond to on-call requests outside of regular working hours
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a residential setting
  • Basic knowledge of minor maintenance skills, such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for residents and visitors
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management
  • Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts, including on-call duties
