About Us

Hunter Shore Group, a global food and beverage company, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for its flagship site in Canada. This opportunity allows you to lead within a high-performing brand dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainable practices.

The successful candidate will oversee all critical plant functions at this 1000+ employee site, focusing on transforming operations, implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, and building a strong workforce. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of manufacturing operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, safety, and more.
  • Coordinating operational forecasts and identifying financial risks and offsets.
  • Strengthening plant-wide social relations and creating a positive work environment.

To achieve these goals, the Plant Manager will drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing plant safety and productivity. They will also collaborate on budgeting and cost management to meet financial objectives and partner with HR on talent development, engagement, and cultural transformation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience managing or working within a high-capacity manufacturing facility.
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector or similar industry.
  • Extensive manufacturing experience, with a strong leadership track record.
  • A minimum of 15 years in manufacturing, with 3-5 years in transformational leadership roles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as relocation assistance if applicable.
