Director of Production Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Director of Production to join our team at Electronic Arts.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our production team to deliver high-quality games and experiences on time and within budget.

As a Director of Production, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, art, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that our games meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile development teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Agile development teams to deliver high-quality games and experiences on time and within budget.
  2. Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our games meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  4. Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, art, design, and quality assurance teams.
  5. Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of professional experience as a scrum/project manager of technical deliveries and people management.
  2. Proven track record of leading on-time and at-quality deliveries from Agile development team(s), working in JIRA.
  3. Change leader, comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong communicator with focus on listening to understand and effective stakeholder management.
