Senior Business Analyst

Ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Analyst sought by Affinity Group to lead the implementation of a cutting-edge ERP system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements to create detailed functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate communication.
- Process Improvement: Assist in process adoption, process automation, and testing to drive business outcomes.
- Reporting and Deliverables: Generate and provide project reports and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Fit Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough Fit Gap/Gap Analysis to identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder priorities, resolve issues, and navigate complex transformations.
- Education: A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Certification: Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP.
