Position Overview:
Affinity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist our healthcare client in refining their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role is crucial for enhancing the functionality and effectiveness of the HHR branch's tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document the outcomes of requirement gathering sessions through comprehensive Business Requirements, functional design specifications, and user stories that align with evolving program needs.
- Map out workflow processes and establish standard operating procedures.
- Develop an operational framework to facilitate effective program delivery.
- Create and design materials to engage stakeholders (both clinical and non-clinical) for the purpose of gathering business requirements, validating business processes, and providing training on solutions as necessary.
- Prepare and develop resources to support end-user and business testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- At least 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity, focusing on requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis, and detailed design.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the eHealth sector within a Canadian context.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in eHealth within a Canadian jurisdiction, particularly related to both project and operational tasks. Experience with CRM projects in a regional health authority context is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating sessions with diverse groups of Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to produce clear and actionable business requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role involving Salesforce or other cloud service implementations in Canada.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting workflows, business processes, and user stories.
- At least 2 years of experience in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures to support program operations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex multi-year projects that include significant digital transformation and change management elements.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analysis role with proficiency in both English and French. Full bilingualism is a valuable asset.
