Job Title:

Director of Technology Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology Strategy to lead our Group Benefits technology strategy and drive innovation in digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive technology strategies that enable Group Benefits to deliver innovative digital experiences to customers.
  • Collaborate with Group Benefits Product Partners and Directors of Engineering to develop and implement technology solutions.
  • Align technology strategy, plans, and implementation with Group Benefits business goals.
  • Identify and exploit internal best practices to drive technology innovation.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of technology professionals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of technology for the Group Benefits unit.
  • Partner closely with key risk customers to ensure solutions meet industry risk practices.
  • Establish operating and investment budgets within the respective work area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, management of information systems, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations.
